OVERVIEW

 


These are the terms and conditions of use of, and supply of products ordered on the Purifyl website (the “Website”). References to “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Purifyl” mean the operator of this Website.


Your use of the Website and purchase of any products offered on the Website (the “Products”), and/or participation in any Purifyl subscription plan (the “Subscription”), constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.


Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell Products and services to you (the “Online Store”). Any new features or tools added to the Online Store are also subject to these Terms.


We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes on the Website. Changes will not affect any order already accepted by us before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 


 

 

SECTION 1 – TERMS APPLYING TO USE OF THE WEBSITE

 


1.1 By using the Website, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority where you live).

1.2 You are responsible for ensuring your equipment and internet connection meet the requirements needed to access the Website.

1.3 We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Website. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Website at any time.

1.4 You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial use only and only in accordance with these Terms.

1.5 You must not use the Website or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations (including intellectual property laws).

1.6 You must not transmit malware, viruses, worms, or any destructive code, and you must not scrape, crawl, or systematically download Website content to build a database.

1.7 A material breach of these Terms may result in termination or suspension of your access to the Service.

1.8 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

1.9 These Terms also apply to any replacement or repaired Product supplied to you, and to any new Website features or tools made available.

 


 

 

SECTION 2 – ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY

 


2.1 Products may be ordered by selecting items and completing checkout. You can review and correct errors before submitting payment.

2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we email you confirming dispatch/shipment (the “Order Confirmation”). The contract between you and us (the “Contract”) forms only on Order Confirmation.

2.3 The Contract relates only to the Product(s) confirmed in the Order Confirmation.

2.4 If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid.

2.5 Certain Products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Estimated availability will be displayed on the relevant Product page.

2.6 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where we suspect fraud, Products are unavailable, product/pricing information contains an obvious error, payment authorization cannot be obtained, or you have breached these Terms. If we cancel, we will refund amounts paid.

2.7 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Products or Service, or access to the Service, without our express written permission (except where permitted by law).

 


 

 

SECTION 3 – DELIVERY

 


3.1 Delivery dates and timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

3.2 Pre-orders will ship on or around the stated availability date and then be delivered according to the estimated timelines shown in the Order Confirmation.

3.3 Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. We may restrict shipping to certain regions/countries due to legal or carrier constraints. Products within the same order may not be split across multiple delivery addresses.

3.4 Address changes may be possible before shipment. Contact support as soon as possible.

3.5 Once shipped, you will receive tracking details where available.

3.6 Deliveries are made by third-party carriers. We cannot guarantee a precise delivery time and a signature may be required.

3.7 International shipments may be inspected by customs and may be subject to import duties/taxes. Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

3.8 If supply is delayed by events outside our control, we will notify you where reasonably possible and work to minimize delay.

3.9 Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law. Ownership transfers upon full payment (or as otherwise required by law).

 


 

 

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

 


4.1 Prices, taxes, and delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed on the Website and at checkout.

4.2 Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order. Price changes do not affect accepted orders (i.e., orders with an Order Confirmation).

4.3 Payment methods offered at checkout may include credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other providers.

4.4 You acknowledge online transactions may be subject to validation checks by your payment provider. We are not responsible if your issuer declines or delays authorization or charges processing fees.

4.5 Discount codes have no cash value, may be time-limited, may be restricted to certain Products, and may be used only as stated in the promotion.

 


 

 

SECTION 5 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 


 

5A. Order Cancellation

 


5.1 You may request cancellation before your order has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you must follow the returns process below.


 

5B. Returns (30-Day Policy)

 


5.2 You may return eligible Products within 30 days starting the day after delivery.

5.3 To start a return, contact support with your order number and the items you want to return. Return instructions will be provided.

5.4 Returned Products must be in the same condition you received them, with packaging and accessories included, and with only reasonable handling required to inspect the item.

5.5 Non-returnable / restricted returns: Certain items may be non-returnable, including items sealed for hygiene/health protection once opened (for example, filter cartridges) and personalized/custom items, except where required by law.


 

5C. Refunds

 


5.6 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

5.7 If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank.

5.8 If you used a discount, your refund reflects the amount actually paid.

5.9 We may reduce refunds where permitted by law if Products have diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect.


 

5D. Damaged / Defective Products

 


5.10 If a Product arrives damaged or defective, contact support promptly with your order number and photos/videos. We will work with you on a remedy (replacement/refund/other) as required by applicable law and any warranty terms we provide.

 


 

 

SECTION 6 – PURIFYL SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

 


6.1 Certain Products are available as part of a Subscription. When you enroll, you authorize recurring shipments and recurring charges at the interval shown at checkout (the “Subscription Delivery”).

6.2 Subscription details (products, pricing, frequency, and how to cancel) are shown at checkout and within your customer account.

6.3 Before each renewal/shipment, we may send you a reminder email with the upcoming charge date and amount and instructions on how to manage or cancel (where required by law or platform policy).

6.4 You can pause, change, or cancel your Subscription through your account settings before the next billing/shipment cutoff displayed in your account.

6.5 Subscription charges are processed automatically using your saved payment method. If a payment fails, we may retry and may contact you to update payment details.

6.6 If we make material changes to the Subscription, we will provide advance notice and allow you to cancel before the changes take effect where required.

 


 

 

SECTION 7 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

 


7.1 Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

7.2 We try to display Products accurately, but colors/appearance may vary by device and minor changes may occur that do not materially affect function.

7.3 We may limit sales by person, household, or region and limit quantities.

 


 

 

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

 


8.1 We work to keep information accurate and current, but errors may occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you with options to proceed or cancel for a refund.

If you have a complaint, contact support. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to resolve within 14 business days where reasonably possible.

 


 

 

SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER

 


We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.
