Order Fulfilment

 


Your order will be processed and shipped in accordance with the estimated delivery timeline provided in your shipment confirmation email (“Shipping Confirmation”), unless exceptional circumstances apply or the order concerns a pre-order item.


Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in your Shipping Confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 


 

 

Pre-Orders

 


If you purchase a Product on a pre-order basis, the expected shipping date will be displayed on the relevant Product page at the time of purchase.


Once the Product becomes available, it will be shipped and delivered in accordance with the estimated timeline stated in your Shipping Confirmation.


Pre-order delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain delays.

 


 

 

Delivery Address

 


Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.


We may be unable to ship to certain remote or restricted locations. If delivery to your address is not possible, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.


Products within the same order cannot be split across multiple delivery addresses.


We reserve the right to decline shipments to destinations restricted under applicable export control laws.

 


 

 

Address Changes

 


If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us at support@purifyl.com as soon as possible.


Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications.

 


 

 

Tracking Information

 


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information (if available).


You may also access tracking details by logging into your customer account and viewing your order history.


If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours for an in-stock Product, please contact our support team.

 


 

 

Delivery Carriers

 


Deliveries are handled by third-party shipping providers.


We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or specific delivery times. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.


If you experience delivery issues, please contact support@purifyl.com with your order number and tracking details so we can assist in investigating the matter.

 


 

 

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

 


For international orders:

 

  • Shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.

  • Import duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on the destination country.

  • These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 


You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country. Purifyl is not responsible for delays or issues arising from customs clearance procedures.

 


 

 

Delays Outside Our Control

 


If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control (including carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, or other force majeure events), we will notify you where reasonably possible.


If the delay is substantial, you may contact us to cancel your order for a refund of any Products not yet delivered and paid for.

 


 

 

Risk & Ownership

 


Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier (or as otherwise required by applicable law).


Ownership of the Products transfers to you once full payment has been received and the Products have been shipped.
