A. ONE-TIME PURCHASE PRODUCTS

 


 

Consumer Cancellation Rights

 


When you purchase directly from Purifyl, your order is covered by our 100-day return policy.


You may cancel your purchase at any time before your order is delivered and up to 100 days from the day after deliveryof your Product(s). If you cancel within this period, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the process outlined below.


To request a cancellation or return, please email us at support@purifyl.com with the subject line RETURN, including:

 

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • The Product(s) you wish to return

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods:

Returns

 


Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.


Returned Products must:

 

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include original packaging (where possible)

  • Not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect the Product

 


You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the Product while it is in your possession. If the Product has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your refund (up to the purchase price).


The right to cancel does not apply to:

 

  • Products sealed for hygiene or health protection purposes once opened (including filter cartridges once unsealed)

  • Customized or personalized Products, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied

 


To return Products, securely package the item and follow the return instructions provided by our support team. Please retain proof of shipment and tracking until your refund is processed.


Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once your return is received (or once we receive proof of return shipment), we will email you confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.


If approved:

 

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Promotional discounts will be reflected in the refunded amount (you will receive what you paid)

 


Refunds include standard delivery costs where required by applicable law.


If you have not received your refund, please first contact your bank or card issuer. If further assistance is needed, contact support@purifyl.com.

 


 

 

B. SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS

 


Certain Purifyl refill Products are available through our Purifyl Refill Subscription Plan (the “Subscription”).


When you enroll:

 

  • You receive automatic deliveries at the interval selected at checkout (e.g., every 3 months unless otherwise selected).

  • You authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method.

 


You may amend, pause, or cancel your Subscription at any time through your online customer account.


To manage your Subscription:

 

  1. Log into your account

  2. Select the “Subscriptions” section

  3. Choose modify, pause, or cancel

 


We send a reminder email prior to each scheduled shipment where required by applicable regulations or platform policy.


Charges occur on the shipment date.


If a payment attempt fails, we may retry processing. If unsuccessful after multiple attempts, we may contact you to update payment details.


Cancellation requests must be submitted at least one full business day before the next scheduled shipment to prevent processing of the upcoming order.


Cancelling your Subscription stops future shipments but does not cancel orders that have already been processed or charged.

 


 

 

C. ALLERGIES

 


Occasionally, individuals may experience sensitivity to new products.


If you experience an allergic reaction:

 

  1. Discontinue use immediately

  2. Seek medical advice if necessary

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of first use

 


Please include:

 

  • The Product used

  • Description of the reaction

  • Timing of the reaction

  • Whether medical advice was sought

 


As a goodwill gesture, we may refund the value of the Product purchased directly from our Website.


We reserve the right to request additional documentation (such as a photo or medical confirmation).


Always review ingredient information prior to purchase if you have sensitivities.

 


 

 

D. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 


If your Product arrives damaged or develops a fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on applicable consumer protection laws.


Please email support@purifyl.com with subject line DAMAGED, including:

 

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photo(s) or video evidence

 


Nothing in this section limits your legal rights.

 


 

 

E. PRE-ORDERS

 


When purchasing a Product on a pre-order basis, you are ordering a Product that is not yet in stock.


We may:

 

  • Collect full payment at checkout; or

  • Collect a deposit and charge the remaining balance at fulfillment

 


You may cancel a pre-order prior to shipment for a refund of amounts paid.


Once a pre-order has shipped, standard return terms apply.
